Our Year 3 and 4 pupils enjoyed a residential visit to the Rock and Rapid centre in North Devon.
On Monday, our lower juniors headed off to Rock and Rapid in North Devon for two days of action and adventure. They enjoyed trying out activities such as abseiling and rock climbing. Lots of children went well beyond their ‘comfort zone’ trying things they never thought they could actually do. Thankfully they all survived and enjoyed the experience. There were certainly lots of tired looking children by the time they returned on Tuesday afternoon. Thanks to Miss Andrew for both organising the visit and leading the group ably assisted by Miss Curtis. Likewise, thanks to Mr Hutton for driving the mini-bus (kindly lent to us by Shebbear College).
