There was double success for Shebbear as we enjoyed victories both in netball and football all on the same day. Our netball team enjoyed an excellent win against Bluecoat School during their tournament held at GTS. The win helped them to a very creditable fourth place in the seven team competition. Later in the day our football team enjoyed a three two win over local rivals Shebbear College coming back from two one down at half time. It was a performance of great determination and grit and completed an excellent day of sport for Shebbear!
