Parents & Carers

We believe that parents and carers have a vital role in the education of their children. We work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure that their children get the best education possible which is tailored to their children’s individual needs. We value your opinions and encourage you to come forward and tell us what you think, partly through the annual Family Questionnaire, partly through the Parents’ Evenings and also through regular daily contact. Without parent support our school would not function as effectively as it does.

Shebbear Community Primary School was founded in 1877. It is set in the heart of the Devon countryside, in the small rural village of Shebbear.
